The meat was juicy and had a good level of beefiness, with melted cheese and a balanced mayo base. Off menu, a nice bar bite is the fried baby squid. With a tinge of sweet sauce, it goes great with beer.

The patty is further topped with grilled organic tomato, green ice lettuce, two slices of American cheese, house-made bone marrow ‘butter’ and sauce.
